My charming 15th-century house is nestled on a small street in a medieval quarter of Saint-Marcel, a village bordering the town of Argenton-sur-Creuse. The street, reserved for residents' cars only, is very quiet, making it easy to leave luggage.
Weather permitting, you can have lunch in the brightly colored courtyard, while a garden offers a unique landscape, adorned with totems and various objects arranged according to my inspiration.
In the morning, a hearty breakfast is served either in the mosaic-tiled kitchen or in the picturesque courtyard garden.
Located in the heart of France, the Berry region, where my house is situated, often seems like a natural stopover for those seeking a break on their journey. However, it's worth lingering longer, as Berry abounds with bucolic landscapes, castles, and inviting rivers.
