Simplify your life in this peaceful and centrally located home, far better than a hotel. The house, situated a short distance from Laval city center, is also close to the Mayenne region.
It's a very pleasant place to stay, nestled in a quiet neighborhood of Laval. My daughter is studying in Paris, so her room is often available. With sufficient advance notice, it's possible to arrange access to an outdoor jacuzzi during the summer for a small additional fee to cover heating, water, and electricity. All the house's amenities are at your disposal.
The house spans 100 square meters and has a welcoming garden. On the ground floor, you'll find a small bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, as well as a living room and a dining room. The upper floor has four bedrooms, including the one offered for rent.
Attention to people allergic to cats or who don't like cats, we have two adorable ones...

Très bel accueil , très agréable
J'ai passé un super séjour d'une nuit chez Jennifer : une très belle rencontre, des discussions intéressantes, un accueil chaleureux, une hospitalité comme j'ai connu en Grèce. La chambre où j'ai dormi était très bien, joliment décorée, le lit confortable et moelleux. J'ai bien dormi. La maison est magnifique avec un beau jardin extérieur pour profiter des journées ensoleillées et des douces soirées. Le quartier est calme. Je reviendrais sans hésiter si je repasse à Laval. Merci beaucoup pour tout.
