Now living between Marseille and Paris, and with my two children studying outside of Paris, I recently opted for shared accommodation.
It's a magnificent apartment, extremely quiet, offering a spectacular view of the Sacré Coeur at sunset. It benefits from two shared gardens within our small co-ownership consisting of two houses dating from the 1910s, equipped with tables for lunch or dinner. Located in Les Lilas, in a leafy residential area, it's a 7-minute walk from all the shops.
The bedrooms, although small, are well-equipped, and the living room is wonderfully sunny.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, complemented by a large shelf and a desk.
