It's located at the junction of the Villeray and Ahuntsic neighborhoods, a quiet, family-friendly area. Frederick Back Park is right across the street, and there's parking available nearby. The Crémazie metro station is a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away, with a bus stop right in front of the apartment.

By choosing this apartment, we'll share the costs, since we'll be living together.
