I offer on the 1st floor of our house at the entrance of Belle-Beille in Angers, between 2 parks, 3 furnished bedrooms with a large window overlooking the garden and including: bed, desk, chest of drawers and shelf. The rent for each is €370 including charges (water, electricity, heating).
You share the bathroom and toilet, and use the kitchen of the house.
At your disposal: wifi, parking and proximity to shops, tram and bus lines 1, 6 and 4 to the city center and universities.
