A toilet is on the same floor. Clean and quiet space. Please note, access to the room is via an old and narrow staircase, which is not suitable for disabled individuals, those of large build, or bulky luggage.Shared spaces: kitchen, bathroom, dining room, garden, pergola.Included in the charges are: heating, electricity, water, internet. The cleaning of the private section you rent is your responsibility. It is possible to park your vehicle.Quiet environment, 7 minutes by car from Breteuil-sur-Iton, and from a supermarket, petrol station, post office, shops. 12 minutes from Verneuil-d'Avre-et-d'Iton train station.
