The apartment is on the 7th floor (with a lift) and is located in a quiet area near local shops. It is a 13-minute walk or 2 tram stops from the train station. I live there all year round and rent out the guest room. The apartment is spacious with a dual-aspect view of the mountains (Belledonne, Vercors, Chartreuse). I would be happy to welcome female guests (for security reasons, I prefer female guests).The room is bright and overlooks the Vercors. It measures 15 m². The single bed is comfortable and there is a desk with WiFi access. A shelf and a wardrobe are available for you to store your belongings.The living-dining room, the kitchen, as well as the bathroom and separate toilet are to be shared. A large fridge, also shared, allows you to store your groceries and you can use all the kitchen equipment. You can also enjoy the balcony with a view of the Vercors and the Chartreuse.
