Room to rent overlooking a wooded pedestrian path and a large, sunny terrace, recently renovated. It is equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, equivalent to a good mattress, a bedside table, a chest of drawers, and a large desk. A kettle and a coffee machine with coffee pods and tea provided, as well as Wi-Fi internet access, are available. The terrace, kitchen, bathroom, and WC are shared. I also offer breakfast and dinner for a more convivial experience. The room is located a 5-minute walk from the Noisiel RER station, offering easy access to transport. It also benefits from a wide variety of local shops and a shopping centre. Numerous green spaces, including a forest, a lake, and a large park, enrich the surroundings. The Château de Champs-sur-Marne is also quite close. I would like to clarify that I previously had numerous 5-star reviews, which were deleted by mistake.

Évelyne est une hôtesse accueillante, prévenante, au petit soin pour ses visiteurs, la chambre est conforme à l'annonce avec un accès sur une terrasse surplombant une allée ombragée, le quartier est calme, la proximité de la gare RER Noisiel est un plus, tout comme les commerces. Je recommande vivement.
