Bright 12 m² room in a 96 m² apartment located on the third floor with elevator. Bed linen is provided in double sets, and washing is done in the washing machine at no extra cost. Bath linens are also provided. Wired internet is included in the charges. A large double bed (200 x 160 cm) with new bedding is available. The ergonomic bathroom is equipped with a shower. The fitted kitchen includes a gas hob and an electric oven; a refrigerator dedicated to the tenant is installed in their room, in addition to a food processor and kitchen equipment. Meal preparation can be arranged. The tenant is entitled to two uses of the washing machine per month at no extra cost.

Local shops are a 5-minute walk away, and a supermarket is a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bus ride away. Public transportation is located at the foot of the building. Bicycle parking is available in the cellar. The neighborhood is green, quiet, and peaceful, ideal for students or those seeking tranquility.
