Just like a private home but with the amenities of a shared apartment. You enjoy a large, exclusive space with your living room (48-inch smart TV), your office, and your private bedroom with a queen-sized bed. You share the bathroom with only one girl. You have your own refrigerator and a breakfast nook. This is the bottom floor of a beautiful, large, 2-story duplex that I own. Everything is included: bedding, bath towels, various kitchen, bathroom, and laundry/cleaning products. You bring your suitcase and that's it! Of course, you also have access to the ground floor. This is where the kitchen, the three other bedrooms, two bathrooms, and my living/dining room are located. There is also a magnificent terrace equipped with a BBQ. I only accept two students for a semester at a time.
