Franco-German couple offers three large furnished rooms of 17.5 m², 16.5 m² and 15 m², very quiet, each with a large south-facing window and a double bed in a recent house equipped with low-temperature underfloor heating. There is a separate toilet with window and a large bathroom with window to share with the two other tenants and a shower room with toilet also accessible in the cellar.
Access to the 22m2 kitchen and the 20m2 veranda extending from the kitchen is available 24/7. The owners reserve exclusive use of the stay.
The special thing about the house is that three friendly whippet greyhounds live on the ground floor.
