Rent furnished room (12m2), in perfect condition in my 70m2 apartment, very bright and quiet, with balcony overlooking the garden, in a small four-storey building in an island of greenery.
I am only present six months of the year, 5 days a week and TOTALLY absent during the other six months. My female roommate will have access to:
