Room 10 m2 / in detached house / with large garden
I live in Rouffiac-Tolosan, a charming residential village near Toulouse (10 km). My house is located in a green setting (large garden). In summer, an above-ground swimming pool is available. We also have two terraces. You will have access to shared toilets, shower room and living rooms. The breakfast service is at an additional cost. Finally, you can park your vehicle without difficulty inside the property.
With my companion Hervé, we are friendly fifties. Our centers of interest are music for the gentleman, and theater for the lady. Our animals will also welcome you with joy.
We will receive with pleasure a calm and respectful person. We allow tenants to smoke, but only outside.
We are located 2 minutes by car from shops and supermarkets. A Tisséo bus line is accessible 5 minutes away on foot (direction Toulouse).
