Furnished room of 12 m² located in the Château de Hers/Cité Espaces district, exclusively non-smoking and located on the ground floor of our house. To share: kitchen, shower room/WC, living room. Cleaning is included, and sheets and towels are changed once a week. Pillows, duvets and sheets are provided.
The room is located near the L1 and 37 bus stops (Collège J.P. Vernant stop) as well as the 19 bus. For more information on timetables, please visit Tisséo.fr. It is also located near the East ring road exit n°17, offering a close connection to the A61 and A62.
A few steps away, you will find the Parc de la Plaine, the Cité de l'Espace, a cycle path, a supermarket, an open-air market and various small shops. The location is convenient for those working at Airbus Space.
Ideal for short stays such as training, work-study placements, or business trips. A security deposit is required. For everyone's comfort, we ask for absolute calm between 10pm and 7am. It is also forbidden to cook at night between 9pm and 7am.
