Rooftop with elevator: 1 room, at the inhabitant but independent, for 1 educated person (single bed and no possibility to receive) very clean and orderly (manic limit), discreet and quiet, as well as rigorous and able to respect common rules of life. No possibility to smoke inside the apartment (including velux). 450 euros including common charges, personal charges (water/electricity) in addition, and deposit of 600 euros.
In renovated apartment (air conditioning) and secure; near Cours Julien and 20mn walk from train station ; individual bathroom. Individual walk-in shower and glass walls involving "squeegee" after each shower
