Roazhon Park Room
The living room and the kitchen are shared with me, I am occasionally present. I am a 5 MIN walk from the banks of Vilaine, 3 minutes by bus which takes you to the city center (Charles Géniaux or (Roazhon Park) stop). I can direct you to the centers of interest in Rennes (Bars, Restaurants, etc).....Do not hesitate to contact me for further details.
I don't have any pets.
I am a non-smoker, but nothing prevents the occupant from smoking from the terrace.
