Apartment very well located. Two rooms for rent in an 80 m2 apartment. Common areas are available: kitchen, bathroom, WC. Two minutes from shops. Metro D and trams T4 and T2 a five-minute walk away. Bus C25 at the bottom of the building. The faculties are also very close.
Quiet and secure residence. Nearby shops. Everything is done on foot. Gym three minutes walk away. Bakery downstairs. Small private garden.
I prefer to only take it during the week. Perhaps more suitable for a work-study student or someone who wants to come home for the weekend. It's up to you to see and contact me for more information. THANKS.
