I am renting out a 13 m² bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) in my recently renovated apartment, where I live. Located on a high floor with a lift, the room has a lovely private balcony facing east. You can enjoy your breakfast there. The line 1 tram is a 5-minute walk away, and a direct bus to the city centre is located right at the foot of the building. All shops and amenities are close to the property: a bar/brasserie right next door for your meals, as well as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets... I can also reserve space in the fridge for you (cooking facilities not included for short stays). I am an entrepreneur and I work from home. I am happy to share moments with you, such as an aperitif depending on our affinities, on my lovely terraces. I place a high priority on cleanliness and respect for the premises.
