I am renting out a 13m² room with a double bed (160cm) in my recently renovated apartment, where I live. Located on a high floor with a lift, the room has a private east-facing balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast. The line 1 tram is a 5-minute walk away, and a direct bus to the city centre is located at the foot of the building. All shops and amenities are close to the accommodation: a bar-brasserie right next door for your meals, as well as restaurants, bars, pizzerias, supermarkets... I can also reserve space for you in the fridge (cooking facilities not included for short stays). I am an entrepreneur and I work from home. I am happy to share moments with you, such as an aperitif depending on our mutual interests, on my beautiful terraces. I place great importance on cleanliness and respect for the home.
