Idéal étudiant médecine. Louons à l'étage de notre maison à pieds fac médecine une chambre de 15 M2 lumineuse donnant sur le jardin ( calme). Salle de bain à partager éventuellement (quand nos enfants viennent à Bx, rarement). Une autre chambre est louée à une étudiante studieuse en deuxième année Las éco gestion ( prépa médecine).
Pas d'accès à la cuisine familiale mais dans le couloir micron ondes et frigo. Accès terrasse avec salon de jardin. Garage à vélo. Wifi et ménage inclus.
