- A bathroom with a bathtub and shower, a sink, and a toilet. The bathroom can be private or shared depending on the occupancy of the other bedroom.

- A coffee maker and a kettle.

- Windows with shutters for added comfort at night.

- A view of the pool and garden.

Guests also have access to shared spaces:

- The living room and dining room.

The kitchen equipment, accessible only with the host's permission.
