Transport: (bus 60) at the foot of the building, tram 500 metres away, Debourg metro 10 minutes away, local shops nearby. The kitchen and bathroom, which includes a washing machine, are to be shared with consideration for others. The WC is separate. The kitchen, which is also the meeting place for the housemates (3 boys and 1 girl), is fully equipped with cutlery, kitchen utensils, fridge, cupboards, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, etc. No living room. All bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, desk, chair, storage, and bed sheets. The price includes all bills (service charges, hot water, cold water, electricity, fibre broadband, household linen, bed sheets, duvet, and pillows). Rent 500 euros all-inclusive.
