Description
Room in my house, where I live.
You will share the bathroom with the person occupying the second room. Parking is free and easy on the unfenced grounds of the house.
You will have access to the kitchen to prepare your meals as well as the dining room to eat them.
NO EATING IN THE ROOM.
Daily cleaning is not included. You will have to wash and put away what was necessary for the preparation of your meals and leave these spaces clean for the other occupants, including me.
The same goes for the bathroom, a sponge and drying after use.
