I am offering a room with a double bed; two other rooms are available for rent in the property. We share the bathroom and kitchen, which we keep tidy after use. All appliances are accessible, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. TV and Wi-Fi are provided. There is a parking space available for each room. It's possible to store a bike, scooter, or other items in the garage. The house is kept clean. Rooms are non-smoking. Local area: Carrefour Market 500m away, bakery, tobacconist, pizzeria, wine bar, restaurant, sushi, doctors, etc. In Taillan, we are well-served, and everything is within walking distance. Bus: The stop is 25m from the house; lines 2, 3, 37 pass through (until 2 AM). Tram: At Eysines Cantinolle, 5 minutes by bus, and Blanquefort station, 10 minutes by bus. You might encounter two cats and some chickens in the garden, and you'll have the opportunity to taste their eggs too. Close to Lacanau Plage, close to Bordeaux city centre, close to the Médoc wine route.
