The hosts reside in another city throughout the year and are only present in the house for a few weeks each year. Access to the living areas is unrestricted in their absence, but limited to meal preparation when they are present (meals must be eaten in the room). Five rooms are occupied year-round. The room in this listing faces south, is very quiet, and overlooks the house's small garden.
Cleaning of the common areas, when the hosts are away, is carried out by the tenants together.
The room is ideally located for students: a large town house near the Saint-Jean train station, Saint-Michel, and Victoire. Located on the 2nd floor, it features a window with a view of the garden. The shower room and WC are shared with the other two rooms on the floor, which are also rented out. The room includes wardrobes, a double bed, a desk, and has Wi-Fi.
