Cleaning fee refunded if returned clean.
Many local shops within a 20-minute walk. 2 high-frequency bus lines less than 5 minutes away provide access to Lyon Presqu'île in under 30 minutes.
Please note: the presence of a non-aggressive, rather curious and sociable cat.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are offered for rent to help cover my costs. I live here, work from home, and ask for respect for a few rules regarding the use and cleanliness of common areas and items. A furnished rental agreement can be drawn up on request.

Catastrophique. Je suis sûr de ne pas être le seul à déposer des commentaires de ce type mais vous n'avez cesse de faire en sorte qu'il continue de recevoir des locataires. J'ai pitié pour les gens qui y partiront.
