I am offering a room of approximately 12 m2, with an extra bed, in a shared living arrangement (we are currently two people) in a house built in 1977, located in a quiet, green residential area of Carvin, 300 metres from the town centre. The house itself is 80 m2 and the plot is almost 400 m2. Carvin is situated halfway between Lens and Lille, where universities are located. The town, with a population of 18,000, has shops and several advantages, due to its proximity to the A1 motorway and Libercourt train station, which provides access to Lille and Arras. It is also well served by bus networks to Lens and Lille, via Bulle 5 and line 883. The town also has several sports facilities, including an aquatic centre for almost 3 years now.
