I am offering a bright 10 m² room located on the upper floor of my home, with a private shower room. It is equipped with a 120 cm bed, a bedside table, and a wardrobe. You will be able to enjoy the garden, its swimming pool, and all the nearby amenities, such as the supermarket, shops, and services, all within a three-minute walk. It is easy to park a car. Forest paths are close by, allowing for long walks.I am looking for a calm and respectful woman or young girl. The common areas will be shared amicably. You will be responsible for maintaining your room and shower room.I am a social worker and I am not often home, except in the evenings. My grown-up children visit from time to time, but no noise disturbance is to be reported. Although located in the centre of Cestas village, the house offers a peaceful yet lively setting.
