I am offering a bright 10 m² room located on the first floor of the house where I live, with a private en-suite shower room. It is furnished with a 120 cm bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. You will have access to the garden, its swimming pool and all local amenities, such as the supermarket, shops and services, just a three-minute walk away. Easy car parking is available. Forest paths are nearby and are perfect for long walks.
I am looking for a woman or a young girl, someone calm and respectful. Shared spaces will be managed with mutual consideration. You will be responsible for cleaning your room and your shower room.
I am a social worker and I am not at home very often, except in the evenings. My grown-up children visit from time to time, but there is no noise to report. Although located in the centre of the town of Cestas, the house offers a peaceful yet lively setting.
