The apartment has bedrooms spread over two different floors. The available room has a bathtub, sink, private toilet, walk-in closet, and a separate entrance.
I work in events with irregular hours and am ideally looking for someone in the same field or with similar hours.
The lease is in my name, and it's possible to add a roommate for housing assistance. Rent and utilities are split equally.
The apartment is located in Noisy-le-Sec, a few minutes' walk from the RER station, offering direct access to Paris-Saint-Lazare in 14 minutes. The metro is accessible in Pantin or between Romainville, Bagnolet, and Les Lilas, and a tramway is also under development.
