Description
Room for tenants who can work in complete peace and quiet. Tenants are at their workplace during the day. The apartment is located in a small, very quiet building in a peaceful neighborhood. Ideal for those looking to avoid parties and loud music. Free parking is available at the foot of the building. A supermarket is 300 meters away, and the Atlantis shopping center is a 5-minute tram ride away. Tram line 1 is a 10-minute walk, while buses 23 and 59 are 2 minutes away.
I would like the tenant to include their photo on their profile (knowing that I am including mine) and to detail why they need a shared apartment.
The apartment is clean, and respect for the premises is required. The internal organization is very simple. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. Wi-Fi is included.
