It's an old farmhouse facing south, with all the necessary comforts and a beautiful garden for sunny days.
The bathroom and kitchen are shared with a maximum of two people.
It's a quiet neighborhood, and the view from the garden is beautiful, overlooking the Dyle Valley.
The shared spaces are very pleasant and cleaned monthly by a housekeeper. Everyone is asked to leave the bathroom and kitchen spotless after use.
If you have any problems in the house, my son and daughter live on the same property and can help you.
