My apartment is on the ground floor of a small 2-story building, we are two co-owners. The apartment is located on the northern edge of Malakoff, on the Porte de Vanves. 2 to 5 minutes walk from transport: metro L13, bus 95 58 59 191, tram T3A giving convenient and quick access to all Parisian neighborhoods. Many shops and restaurants, some frequented by students of the Descartes University on the corner of the street.
The room is part of a 110 m² apartment. It is composed of the bedroom itself, a bathroom and toilet, as well as a dressing room, all completely private. It is on the "second day" on the large living room and the winter garden, and is aired daily. A fully equipped kitchen and a washer-dryer are available.
