    We we stayed there from September through December, and absolutely loved our stay. Jeremie, was an excellent host and so friendly and helpful for all of our needs. The location was completely central and we were able to travel to all of the destinations. We desired. It was very well equipped with kitchen, kitchen bathroom and cleaning equipment. We were so so happy and would definitely love to stay again.

    The apartment is a great size for one or two people. Location on a busy street but tucked away where you cannot hear street noise. Very close to many lines, including Gare du Nord. Jeremy is communicative and easy to work with. Thanks!

    L'appartement vraiment moins sympa que sur les photos. Le quartier n'est vraiment pas terrible pas très agréable à vivre. Le gros point noir pour nous a été la propreté de l'appartement. Des draps sales encore dans le lit à la poussière partout en passant par la nourriture moisit dans le frigo, sans parler des fourmis pleins la cuisine.. visiblement problème de communication entre le proprio et la boîte de nettoyage. Ma copine espagnole fraîchement arrivée pour s'installer à Paris n en dors plus la nuit! Le dédommagement promis n'est (2mois plus tard) toujours pas arrivé... Jamais je n'avais laissé un commentaire négatif j'ai attendu 2 mois pour le faire. Ça fait du bien.
