J'ai séjourné 5 mois dans l'appartement, de Septembre à fin Janvier. C'est un appartement en collocation de 3. J'étais en collocation avec un ami et une personne que je ne connaissais pas. Le problème de la collocation est qu'il est rare que tout le monde nettoie dernière lui, ce qui peut très vite devenir désagréable. L'appartement n'est pas isolé, prend l'humidité (trace d'humidité noire sur tous les murs), les voisins sont bruyants et il est difficile de travailler. De plus, les coupures d'électricité et d'internet sont fréquentes. A mon départ, la propriétaire s'est permise de retirer une partie de la caution équivalente au prix d'un loyer (sous pretexte que les charges d'électricité ont été dépassé) sans avoir procédé à un état des lieux de sortie préalable. L'appartement est mal isolé, et il est impossible de réellement chauffer cet appartement. Le chauffage électrique est une nécessité mais consomme fortement en électricité. Sur 380€ elle n'as rendu que 197€. Je suis déçu de cet appartement. L'été on meurt de chaud car il n'y a pas de climatisation et l'hiver on meurt de froid. Le loyer est cher comparé à d'autres appartements situés dans le quartier de Blasco Ibáñez ou Bennimaclet. J'ai trouvé que les conditions de vie dans cet appartement n'étaient pas proportionnels au prix du loyer.
