Description
I am offering to sublet my room during the summer of 2026. The flat has two independent bedrooms, one of which is occupied by Maria, a Colombian student at Sciences Po. She speaks French, English, and Spanish, and she is lovely and very discreet. The flat is spacious, quiet, overlooks a courtyard, and is functional with all the comforts (bathtub, washing machine, bike storage, fibre optic broadband, etc.). I use this room for my stays in Paris, but I will not be coming from the end of June to mid-September. Given the short duration, I will not be offering a lease, but rather a gentleman's agreement with a respectful person looking for a base in Paris (which is very complicated for a short period).
