Following some unpleasant experiences this year, I would like to clarify that:
- I am renting a room, not my house.
- Use of the kitchen is limited to the preparation of simple, quick, and odorless meals, and access to the terrace for dining.
- One load of laundry per week, detergent not provided.
The house is close to shops and public transportation.
For sports and hiking enthusiasts, the nearby hills offer great opportunities for outdoor activities.
I prefer a female-only rental for mutual comfort and active stays.

The apartment is ideally located: 5 minutes from the bus stop and the Faculty of Arts of Carlone, 10 minutes from the tram and the beach. The center of Nice is easily accessible in 20 minutes. The tenant will be able to do several loads of laundry per week. For meals, she is free to use the kitchen and her dedicated space in the fridge and closet.
