Beautiful bright room with large east-facing terrace, located in the city center, in the town hall district, close to shops, the market and transport (bus, metro, train). It is on the 5th and top floor, overlooking an interior garden, offering silence and a beautiful view of the rooftops of Paris, Montmartre and the tip of the Eiffel Tower. The luxurious shower room has been recently renovated and is equipped with a toilet with a hygiene shower, also new.
I am looking for a discreet person, who takes care of personal and shared spaces. It is mandatory to clean the shower room after each use, out of respect for others. A cleaning lady is offered by the owner once a month, but this does not exempt from the weekly maintenance of the room. Sheets and towels are provided. It is possible to rent bicycles at the town hall (Vélib). Nearby, you will find a theater, a cinema and a very nice neighborhood made up of houses, schools and the town hall park, very pleasant to relax. Close to the banks of the Seine for walks, the area also offers numerous sports and fitness areas (tennis, fitness, dance, etc.) in Asnières, as well as numerous events on the town hall square.
