This lovely, cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a building with four floors in total. It is particularly recommended for a student or intern.
The atmosphere among the tenants is very pleasant. Its location is ideal: close to the train station, a Basic-Fit gym, as well as various restaurants and shops. Thanks to the triple glazing, the apartment is well insulated against outside noise.
The building underwent a complete renovation in 2020, including the window frames, roof, as well as the refurbishment of the bathroom, kitchen, floors, and walls.
The apartment features an Eggo kitchen with a large refrigerator, opening onto a living room, a separate bedroom, and a private bathroom.
