I am looking for a serious, respectable person who genuinely wants to live in Nice (female only).
There is no cost for the room rental, and no contribution towards bills, but services must be provided in the evening and morning for my elderly and dependent mother. This will allow you to work during the day or pursue other activities. Flexible hours to be arranged with me, the daughter and primary caregiver on-site.
The flat is very well located in Nice, in the Port area, in a quiet private cul-de-sac, with guaranteed parking, 5 minutes from the sea and close to the tram, buses and trains.
A contract will be drawn up to define the service arrangements, days and remuneration. Available immediately, long-term stay possible.
