Our lovely country house is located in the north of the Lot-et-Garonne department, less than a kilometer from the Dordogne and Purple Périgord regions. A typical house of the region, it can accommodate 2 to 8 people and offers all modern comforts while retaining its period charm. The kitchen, dining room, and living room form a very welcoming open-plan space. It includes three comfortable bedrooms, one of which is upstairs, and two bathrooms equipped with walk-in showers and toilets, also with one upstairs. For your comfort, reversible air conditioning is installed in the living areas as well as in the upstairs attic bedroom.
Located in the countryside, this house promises peace and quiet while remaining close to many tourist attractions. The enclosed garden and two terraces, one of which is covered, invite you to relax. You'll also find a garden table and chairs, deckchairs, a private, unoverlooked above-ground pool, a barbecue, swings, a ping-pong table, badminton rackets, a basketball hoop, and pétanque facilities.
