Very sunny, this accommodation offers a balcony with a partial view of the sea and mountains, facing the racecourse, allowing you to observe the horses. Quiet and well soundproofed, it includes a bedroom, a bathroom, as well as a separate living room and kitchen. The very pleasant and bright living room opens onto a balcony and has an additional bed (140 x 190). Close to all tourist attractions, as well as small villages and typical Provençal markets, it is ideally located between Cannes and Nice.
