Description
Room located in a 95 m² four-room apartment. The furniture, which is completely new, includes a king-size bed, an ergonomic desk, and a wardrobe. The room benefits from a private bathroom with a shower. Tenants have access to an equipped kitchen. The residence is secure, with a caretaker and CCTV. The rent includes water, electricity, internet, and cleaning, provided by a domestic helper who visits twice a week. A security deposit, equivalent to the amount of one month's rent, is required. The furnished accommodation is currently occupied by two people: my 21-year-old son and myself. Located in the 20th arrondissement of Paris, the accommodation is near the Gambetta and Télégraphe metro stations, as well as a bus route. Porte des Lilas and the Saint-Fargeau market, which offers a variety of shops and a pharmacy, are also easily accessible. I am looking for a serious and clean tenant, with no pets and a non-smoker.
