The room, bright and with a balcony with a beautiful view, is equipped with a desk, a double bed and a wardrobe. The apartment is ideally located: 5 minutes from the bus stop and the Faculty of Letters of Carlone, 10 minutes from the tram and the beach. The center of Nice is easily accessible in 20 minutes. The tenant will be able to do several washing machines per week. For meals, she is free to use the kitchen and use her dedicated space in the fridge and the closet. I am a mother of two children, one of whom lives in Paris (the room was hers). There are currently three of us in the apartment: my husband, my 11-year-old son and myself.
