!! This room just for one person booking only, we don't accept extra guests. !!
*No visitors allowed to enter the house. Otherwise, we will cancel the booking and no refund. There is a hidden surveillance camera installed at the front porch to prevent anyone other than the tenants from entering the house unexpectedly.
*Kitchen is available for light use (Means no any oil cooking like stir-fry, scrambled eggs, or boiled meat) Sorry, Oven and Frying Pan can not be used here. You may use the microwave, stove top, toaster and kettle.
* If you have wheelchair come with you, please must be let us know before booking, see if we can make room close to the entrance door for you.
* Due to the pet allergy issue by myself, we can't accept any animals (including service dog).
* No smoking, drugs, excessive drinking or loud music.
