Description
I am renting out this small mezzanine room for holidaymakers, travellers and workers. You have access to the shared areas (kitchen, bathroom, WC). I rely on tenants to respect the premises, as I do not charge a cleaning fee. The room is located in a house with a small garden, close to buses, the train station and shops. I do not set a curfew, relying on everyone's consideration. For long-term stays, and in case of any issues, I review the situation on a case-by-case basis. For last-minute bookings (i.e. for the same day), I cannot guarantee that I will always be able to accept them due to organisational reasons. Regarding the arrival time, this is an indicative time, but I can be flexible depending on your request and my own commitments.
