I rent this small mezzanine room for vacationers, travelers and workers. You can have access to the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, wc) I count on the tenants to respect the places not charging cleaning fees. The room is located in a house with a small garden, close to buses, the train station and shops.
I don't put any curfew counting on everyone's good manners.... For long periods, due to worries, I study on a case-by-case basis.
