We are a shared apartment of 4 people including two boys aged 37 and 36 who occupy the bottom of the house and two girls aged 26 and 50 who occupy the top, one of our acolytes is leaving us, the youngest of the shared apartment! To replace her, we are looking for a roommate to share the top of the house with Fabienne, it is a room with large storage cupboards. We are a nice, tolerant and caring shared apartment, we have a very beautiful garden with swimming pool, barbecue, ping-pong table, indoor parking ... and all that 15 minutes from the city center on foot. :) The rent is 318 euros, you have to count 100 euros of charges all inclusive in addition smoothed over the year. The owner wants active people on permanent contracts. We will be very happy to be able to show you the house now, the room is available now.
