I am looking for a housemate in Gentilly: RER B Gentilly: 7 minutes away Tram T3a (Stade Charléty): 15 minutes away Metro 14 (Hôpital Bicêtre): 15 minutes away Cité Universitaire and Montsouris Park: 15 minutes away 3-room flat of 66 m², pleasant living area with 2 bedrooms: my room, which is the smallest, and the second one of 22 m², which has 2 built-in cupboards and a patio door opening onto the garden. The bedroom is unfurnished. Kitchen open to the living room with a large patio door. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. I view shared housing as a friendship. Registration on the lease is done via an addendum with a security deposit. You must be on a permanent contract (CDI), earn more than 2,100 euros net before tax, and ideally, have a guarantor.
