Loft of 70m², independent and autonomous, in a family home, close to the EDF Training Center of St-Vulbas (15 km), Lyon St-Exupéry Airport (30 km), the Grottes de la Balme (3 km) and the leisure center "Vallée Bleue" (5 km). The loft is perfect for couples and business travelers. The owners live on site.
At your disposal: oven, microwave, filter coffee machine. The loft is spacious, with 2 bedrooms (bed 160 and BZ 140). Independent entrance with its garden. The swimming pool is shared, not private.
Spacious and pleasant loft, with a slightly separate reading corner to work or relax: a BZ sofa for two people is installed in this reading corner. You will find various readings and tourist documentation there. Possibility of adding a baby bed.
The apartment has its private entrance and a small green space with garden furniture. You can also, if you wish, share our unheated family swimming pool (operational from mid-June to mid-September).
