Loft House Artistic and Cultural Workshop (Plouguerneau - 29880)

Welcome to the Takou Musical Association at Maricela Lixa's, also known as Upcycling Girl. We are situated 3.5 km from the sea in Plouguerneau. Here, you will find a 125 sqm loft-workshop with two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a dry toilet upstairs. The loft features a mezzanine dedicated to a second-hand shop and a resource centre, a home studio, a painting and sewing workshop, as well as a living room equipped with a wood-burning stove and a cooker. The kitchen is fitted with an American-style breakfast bar. The site also includes a covered outdoor area where association evenings can be organised (no more than six per year), an orchard, a vegetable garden, as well as a music and recording studio. We prioritise accommodation for those who identify with the dynamic of this space, but the place is nonetheless ideal for resting, recharging, creating, working, and gardening.
