Large room located at the back of the house and independent, on the ground floor with the possibility of exiting to the ground floor but also through the garage. The bathroom has a shower. The toilets are independent. The kitchen is accessible to tenants to have breakfast and the evening meal which is prepared by me. I do not share the kitchen because this is my domain. The courtyard allows you to park if necessary. We are a friendly and friendly retired couple. Our passion is birds, reading, chatting and television. You will have unlimited access to the Internet.
