Preference given to students, teachers, healthcare workers, and senior professionals. Very quiet atmosphere. LGBT 🌈 friendly. Parties or overnight guests are strictly prohibited. Smokers, couples, pets, or children are not permitted. Absolute quiet is required between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. 32-inch HD TV and private drying rack included. The flat has central heating and hot water, a porter, a lift, and Wi-Fi. It is located close to bus routes, stations, supermarkets, and gyms. Financial stability is required. I speak English.
